Custom Parts, Built To Your Drawing

Prototype models, CNC machined parts, jigs and fixtures, 3D printed parts and custom figures — from one piece to repeat small batches.

How We Work

Flexible, low-volume friendly and reachable — the way a development partner should behave.

Made To Your Spec

We build from your 3D model, drawing or dimensioned photo.

Low Volume Friendly

One-off prototypes and repeat small batches — same routine.

From Your File To Finished Parts

Five steps, with a named contact at each stage.

01

Drawing Review

We confirm material, process, quantity and key dimensions.

02

In-Process Checks

Key features measured during machining and recorded.

03

Finishing

Sanding, painting, printing, engraving, anodising, assembly.

04

On-Time Delivery

Packed for export and shipped as agreed, with records.

The Work We Handle

Project types we quote regularly. Real case studies are added only with customer permission.

  • Appearance & Display Prototypes — Models finished with matched colour and texture for review and shows.
  • Functional Test Parts — Parts machined to drawing so a mechanism can be assembled and tested.
  • Low-Volume Production — Repeat batches machined without tooling — pilot runs, spares, bridge supply.

Frequently Asked Questions

What files do you need for a quote?
A 3D model (STEP preferred) plus a dimensioned 2D drawing for critical features. Photos with dimensions also work.
Do you accept single-piece orders?
Yes — one prototype or fixture is a normal order.
Are my drawings kept confidential?
Files are used only to evaluate and produce your project, and are never published or shared. An NDA can be arranged.
What is the lead time?
